Borsani's famous adjustable lounge chair P 40 is a technological marvel that adjusts into 486 different positions, according to the manufacturer's publicity. It has a three-part upholstered form that adjusts to a wide range of positions.
"Domus" hailed the presentation of the P40 chair. The P40 is even found in the cartoon world, alongside another historic item, Marco Zanuso's ”Lady" armchair.
Today, the chair is in the permanent collection of MoMA.
