Cloud Bookcase, 2004
The Cloud shelving system by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Cappellini, 2004, has garnered much attention due to its original form and its use of innovative materials.
Cloud allows for the repetition of elements which can be stacked and aligned to create large bookshelves or room dividers. In theory, there is no limit to the size of a structure other than the size of the space containing it.
Modular elements, manufactured with the rotational technology can join together with white snap-on clips. Each element has been provided with 2 clips. Bookcase is also available with internal lighting.
